Loving the guinea pig cartoons! I am glad Pippin and Vaila are none the worse for their stay away. My sister is spending a month living with my parents as her husband is in shoes at the Fringe, and she has brought her piggies with her from London. We're all hoping to get a few pats in.
Yes, we once drove for a couple of hours with ours and I sat in the back of the car bribing them with bits of cucumber. They were in a cardboard box, but Sister's pigs have a proper travel cage and went by train so I don't think it was too awful for them.
Piglets aren’t immune to bribery. A well-timed snac before and during any attempts to take liberties with their imperial floofinesses usually does the trick. But WHAT a long journey for them.
